Welcome to AcCare! We’re so glad that you decided to join us. Here at AcCare, we’ve done checks and reviews to find the right expert pool to help with your task. But how do you create a great listing to attract the right talent?

AcCare is an online marketplace, which means everything is a two way street!

As of 2023, average human attention span to one screen is now 47 seconds, which means you’ve got to be really concise with the details. We don’t have a strict format for posting, but generally would suggest to include our top 3 elements for success, as follows.

By Sandee LaMotte, CNN

#1 Type of task

Is it reviewing financial statements for the year? Preparing a tax return? Or is it just an ad-hoc question?

#2 Who you’re looking for

The experience level of your expert really depends on your needs. You might not need an individual with over 10 years of experience every time!

Remember, the cost of the task will not only be affected by the difficulty of the task, but also by the professional profile of your expert.

#3 Remuneration (and whether it’s negotiable!)

Everybody wants to be paid fairly, and experts are no exception! It’s very hard to attract talent when the pricing is not quite there. It’s a great idea to browse expert profiles on AcCare to get an idea of how much experts generally charge per hour.

If you’re wondering how much to list your job for, here’s an idea of how long we estimate for each type of task.

*insert timing and estimations here*

Timing will vary for each task, so if you’re having trouble attracting bids, we would recommend connecting with some experts to chat about their expectations.

The AcCare promise:

We are committed to try and keep things fair in our marketplace for both our Clients and our Experts.

As mentioned in The AcCare Process, we have implemented some processes to try and help protect our members:

For Clients:

  • We put an administrative hold on our Experts when they make offers, valued at 3.5% of the total task.
    • This helps prevent Experts from making offers for multiple jobs that they may not be able to finish during the allotted time
  • We don’t release the funds until both parties agree that the task has been completed.
    • Clients have 72 hours to double check that all documents have been included.
    • Funds are automatically released if no issues are raised.

Paying for jobs in advance:

We ask Clients to pay for tasks at the time that offers are accepted. This helps us ensure that our Experts can be paid in a timely manner.

Don’t worry! The funds are automatically refunded in the event that the Expert does not acknowledge the accepted offer.
